This hotel is absolutely incredible. I have traveled to over 60 countries and this was absolutely my favorite place to stay out of all of my countless hotel stays. It exceded expectations in EVERY way. The setting can’t be beat. The entire staff was incredible. The breakfasts were delivered to your outdoor patio that overlooks the sea and is custom ordered by you each day prior. I have never had a better breakfast in a hotel. Fresh fruit, baked breads, eggs cooked to order, little desserts, fresh juice, perfect coffee…our room was large and impeccably clean and was decorated perfectly. Our view of the sea was amazing! We also don’t usually stay in hotels all day. We get out and explore, but two of the days we lounged for hours by the Infiniti edge pool, with a perfect sea view and wonderful staff that made great drinks and provided top service.
Note that Oia is endless stairs and the resort is no different. It sits on the edge of the mountain with many stairs, which gives you the great views. If you call the resort when you are on your way, they will have someone come to the parking lot down below and take your luggage to your room. They will also carry it back to the parking lot when you check out.
The location is perfectly situated in Oia. Quiet, but a short walk to the center of the small town with shops and restaurants and endless views.
All of the front desk staff were so nice and helpful, arranging transportation and a catamaran trip.

Worth the hype
Wow, where to start. The view. Insanely beautiful, the reason to come to this island. The resort has a front row to the best show in town. We came in early October and it was chilly and windy- the hot tub was a necessity. The hot tub does not get quite as hot as I like it, but it was still quite enjoyable. The beds/pillows at this resort are extremely comfortable. The 'double' bed is really just a king size bed. When I was researching this resort I had a hard time finding that information- so now I can confirm, it is a big bed. The attendants go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. Peter in the bar and restaurant is our friend now! He makes incredible coffee! The food at the resort restaurant is incredible. We had a couple really good meals there. I actually found the food at the hotel restaurant to be better than most anywhere else on Santorini we went. The breakfasts are huge and so much food! Highly recommend the orange cake! The attendant carried our luggage for us, brought us a bottle of wine on check in, and really just made us feel special. I cannot offer any improvements, as I can honestly say this resort is worth the money. Don't hesitate to book!!!

Charisma is luxury at its finest. The staff is so attentive and friendly. They will go out of their way to ensure you have a great time. The sunset views are amazing and complimentary prosecco at sunset is a lovely touch. The location is close to the end of the bustle of Oia, so it feels quieter.

We had a wonderful time at this extraordinarily beautiful property. It is quintessential Oia! The staff was incredibly attentive, the room was exactly as pictured on their website and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Charisma Suites! You won’t be disappointed.

They were so nice! Breakfast was amazing variety they deliver right to your room. The view of the ocean is outstanding. Great location near the famous sunset without the crazy crowds of people. Definitely the prettiest side of the island!
