Perfect vacation
Everything was more than perfect, the room was clean with spectacular view! Location was excellent on the best part od the island close to the beaches, Lefkas and Agios Nikitas.
Our host Thassos was great, very helpful with lost of local advices, and recommendations what should we visit, where should we eat.. He gave us a map of Lefkada and explained us everything about the islands, tips and plan what should we do. That helped us a lot, every recommendation was perfect!
11/10 for our accomendation and our host.

Great choice!
- the host (Thasos) is amazing. He gave us tons of good tips on where to go, what to see and... what to skip. This contributed greatly to our good stay.
- the location - very close to 2 of the best beaches on Lefkata. Milos is rather old school beach w/o any bars/ coffees and you need to take a 15 min. walk through the mountain to get there but is very beautiful, with clear water and less crowds. Kathisma is the opposite - easily accessible (with car), lots of beach bars, still very beautiful, but as you guessed... with more ppl.
- rooms - everything you need for your stay. Nothing fancy, but very practical. They are cleaned regularly and should you ever need anything, you just need to ask.
On top of that, as it is located in the mountain, in the evening the temperatures are very nice and you can stay at the terrace and enjoy the view.
Honestly, you won't regret your choice should you chose Althea for your stay on Lefkada.

but a 10 mins walk into town was pleasant. I would recommend this place if you like to get away from it all and don’t mind a bit of a walk . Nothing was too much trouble for the owners . I recommend Libra on the beach at the far end .Lovely friendly owners.
