Surprised in a good way!

Really enjoyed my stay, friendly staff, in a room overlooking the pool. Yes it's a good walk to the beach and there is traffic noise by the pool, but for the money it's good value. The staff are constantly cleaning and always smiling. I can only really complain about the AC daily charge, and bar prices. But I will be back.

This Hotel was not what we were expecting.
When you arrive expect to pay €20 euro cash for tax on each room and a €50 deposit. As well as paying for wifi, a safe and aircon.
Had to ask for a room to be cleaned for clean towels and TOLIET ROLL.
The food included chip, raw chicken, chunky rice and melon for dinner doesn’t get more intresting than that.
The bunk beds didn’t have ladders, dogdy plugs and shower flooded without fans and ventilation. SILVER FISH EVERYWHERE.
Don’t bother with all inclusive, they don’t have a cocktail shaker and you have to pay extra for bottled water, and drinks from the fridge. BAR SHUTS AT 10
And you can’t bring shop brought food into social areas .
On the whole the staff where understanding and reception was 24/7

Good but not great

Very nice hotel in the outside with a nice and large pool where you can relax and sunbathe. The rooms are basic and with very dated furniture, particularly to review the bathroom with shower without box and curtain that flooded every time. Cleanliness not impeccable, but friendly and helpful staff. Wi-Fi, safe and air conditioning all for a fee, which makes the hotel less affordable than it looks. The location though is great near Laganas road but not too , so quite quiet.

Food was mostly cold in the all inclusive and not a lot of options but can't complain about anything else apart from the shower making the whole bathroom damp and smelly

not satisfied...

we stayed 3 nights, hotel not cosigliato for families, it is too populated by foreign guys who never stop drinking so much to make confusion even in the evening, creating moments of tension, there is the fridge, good air conditioning even if it had to have a maintenance first, room a little 'small, not so clean in general, nice pool but without maintenance, indifferent staff only a lady who speaks good Italian kind and helpful, check-in too late, after a trip you have to wait until 15:00 to take advantage of the room, hotel near the center, will be a 15/20 min walk, but we did not find ourselves well for people and cleaning, incorrigible guys without a minimum of decency, drink like never before and make a mess at night, one evening there is also the intervention of the police, do not clean the rooms, but still have the opportunity to enter, from the reviews we had seen previously said that there were cases that were stolen, in fact in many situations we thought so too, do not leave your things out in the open, we will definitely not return...
