Perfect Location! Perfect Studios!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Nikos Studios. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view is the best in Lefkos, and directly across the road is the golden sand beach. The sound of th e waves will lull you to sleep every night. Maria and Nikos are warm and generous hosts and cannot wait to visit again! Highly recommended!

Nice studio in the middle of Kato lefkos

This studio comes with a big living room/kitchen/ bedroom with capacity of 3 people and a small bathroom. Additionally there is a an air-conditioned, a small fridge and a cooking area with two plates. Everything is clean enough. The location is in the heart of kato lefkos with about 1 minute to the closest of the 3 beaches of kato lefkos. However it's a bit more noisy here due to traffic and the fact that's in the middle of town.
The owners are very friendly and own a small café/snack bar directly nearby.

rooms with a view!

Small complex with ca 5 studios. Rooms and balcony at the seaside. Furniture rooms may be basic but is of good quality. Kitchenette with new (almost soundless!) fridge. The window and balcony door have shutters and there is airco.available.
Very very nice people and room is cleaned every day. Best part....the view on Lefkos! The beach is right in front of your room! Just leave the balcony doors open and sleep in on the sounds of the sea. And all this for a very reasonable price. I want to come back here for sure!!!

Quite basic but friendly hosts

We stayed 6 nights at Nikos Studios this summer. I found the apartment quite basic, with limited possibilities to do your own cooking. Note that only one of the apartments is air conditioned, even though we were told differently in advance by e-mail. Fortunately, the winds made most nights bearable, and our hosts were kindly offering fruit and other treats from their snack bar now and then. But bottom line is; if you want a relaxed vacation with just a little comfort, I don't think this is the place to go.

Nikos Studios, Lefkos

We have spent 7 wonderful summer holidays in Lefkos, the 3 latest in Nikos Studios.
The hotel is perfectly situated a few meters from the beach.
The host family have met us with great warmth and hospitality.
They have been very helpful in practical matters and have generously brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from their own garden.
The studios are cleaned every day by the nice and friendly cleaning assistant and the sheets and towels are changed 2 or 3 times a week.
We have enjoyed every holiday in Nikos Studios, and we are looking forward to come back.
