Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Please note that children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card supplied for the bond must be the same one as used for booking the reservation. Reception hours are Monday- Friday 9:00 until 16:30. There is no reception open of Saturday and Sunday. To arrange check-in on these days please contact the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property does not accept payments with American Express credit card. All apartments are self serviced apartments which means while all linen towels and a starter pack eg washing up liquid, tea coffee toilet paper etc. is supplied on arrival it is up to guest to replenish these items at they own cost as needed. Clean linen is supplied every 7 days (Each apartment has it own laundry facilities for washing towels etc.) If you require an extra service clean then this can be arranged at an extra cost $75.00 per apartment clean. Please note that linen for the sofa bed is an additional AUD $40.00 per week. Please note, any bookings for one night MUST be checked in by 5pm at the latest. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any one-night bookings requesting arrival after 5pm. Our room rates are calculated based on up to 2 people sharing the bed. Additional charges apply for use of the sofa bed. If the booking is for 2 people with one person sleeping in the bed and the other planning to use the sofa bed, then the additional charge for linen will be applied.
