We try our best to avoid moving guests around, however in order to guarantee this please book well in advance. * Reception hours are 10am - 3pm. If you will arrive outside of these hours, you will receive check-in instructions via email. Please monitor your email for all communication from the Hostel. * No refund policy for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in. Payment made towards all bookings can only be obtained in the form of booking credit for any nights cancelled. * All bookings for the period 24th December - 2nd January inclusive are non-refundable and non-transferable. * Credit cannot be issued or used for the period 24th December – 2nd January (inclusive) and a guest must contact the hostel to receive their credit voucher, it will not be issued automatically. *Credit vouchers are subject to additional terms and conditions (issued on creation of credit voucher).
