Does the job

We stayed for 2 nights in the newish annexe wing. Comfy, spacious and clean room.
For us we don't like the fact that the windows don't open, it makes us feel a little claustrophobic. There is some road noise from the busy M56 so if you are a light sleeper maybe request rooms not facing the motorway.

What’s happened??

It’s been a while since I was at the Premier inn at Preston brook, but how standards have dropped. First of all you now have to pay for car parking which is outrageous, it cost me £14 for 2 nights. Secondly, although I had booked evening meal and breakfast, I had a surly woman at the Beefeater tell me I wasn’t on the list. I had to then go to reception to sort it all out. The girl on reception was new but we finally sorted things out (she was the reason I gave stars, very nice and helpful) think I will avoid though in future

Second Visit for business

Excellent parking facilities, friendly, helpful welcoming staff when I checked in.
Lovely, spotless room.
The meal at the Beefeater was delicious and Craig, the gentleman who served was very friendly, extremely helpful and very welcoming. I plan to stay here again. thank you for making my stay so pleasant.

A very friendly place to stay

Everything very clean, very, very comfortable bed. For us the thing we noticed most, was the very pleasant staff, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Very well done to all of them. Would stray there anytime, for overnight stays before flying in or out of Manchester airport, or for family get together soon, when some of them live in that area. Meals next door in the Beefeater were very goof, especially the breakfast.
