This property is located in a busy area in the city centre, guests may experience some noise from outside. Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens, you will experience a noise when the toilet is flushed and water is running. This property accommodates guests on a long term basis and all guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise internally. Loft Apartment – this has 2 bedroom areas separated by privacy walls. Duplex Apartment – the twin room is in the old safe and is up steep metal stairs. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The property charges this as a pre-authorisation 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full, subject to an inspection of the property. All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned on check out, the full £150 security deposit will be charged to cover the costs of a replacement lock and keys. Should the key(s) be returned following this charge, a £100 refund will be issued. The £50 will be kept as a cost of labour.
