Excelente relación calidad precio

Limpio y tranquilo, lo mejor el personal, parking gratuito y wifi. Relación calidad precio muy buena.
Disponibilidad de nevera y microondas para uso de los clientes. Zona de descanso bajo un cerezo muy relajante.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Not terrible, the following! The owner, a shameless one, entered the room while we were inside. A terrible lack of education. He threatened to call the civil guard if we didn't leave in 15 minutes (it was 11 and departure was at 11:30). Not to mention the cleanliness… we were denied clean towels. AWFUL!

Unreasonable business practices

This review is not an opinion of the quality of the accommodation only a reflection of the character of its owners.
Having made a mistake with the date of the booking, I attempted to call the accomodation numerous times and was unable to get through. As I had made a same day booking late one evening when I had intended to book the following day it was unlikely that they would have been able to sell the room to someone else as it is predominantly for hikers on the Portuguese route of the Camino de Santiago.
With this in mind, alongside a number of attempts at contacting the hostel via the phone, conversations with booking.com customer service and a final e-mail explaining the situation and asking not to be charged they still decided to charge me in spite of the fact that we did not use the room.
I am well aware that I made a mistake but their deliberate decision to ignore any attempts with which to resolve the situation and still charge me demonstrates poor character and bad business practices. I am very disappointed with the outcome and hope this review influences others to choose to stay in better managed accommodation.

Pésimo trato al cliente por parte del dueño del hostal.

Hablamos con él tres veces por teléfono y fue MUY MALEDUCADO sin ningún respeto por sus clientes. La descripción de la habitación es engañosa. Encontramos bichos en la parte de detrás del baño y a veces fallaba el agua caliente. Solo recomiendo ir a la Pensión Alce para saber donde NO alojarse.

Pues un hostal

Hostal que promete más de lo que es. Habitaciones pequeńas con buenas zonas comunes. Los dueńos quieren agradar y caen un poco pesados. La situación es en sabaris, lejos de Baiona pero la zona no está mal.
