Delicious dinner and great treatment

We went to dinner because I had some friends there..and great..a very friendly and very sweet treatment from the waitress q named Sara q attended us and was always aware that we will not miss anything....the delicious dinner....the cook also very nice..everything perfect..we will repeat even if you do not have anyone there, because we liked it very much.

Terrible.

It was disappointing; we had been there numerous times and it had always been acceptable.
This time it was terribly dirty, neglected, with poor reception service, contradictory to what was previously agreed upon via email.

I booked a room and spa last Thursday to go on Saturday with entry at 7:00 p.m. On Friday I had a problem and called at 1440 hours to cancel the reservation. I was told that I was no longer on time, nor did they give me an option to go another day. Maybe they are right, but I usually stop in Ferrol, because they have lost a possible client. ugly detail.

Disappointing

We stayed last weekend and actually quite disappointing.
Negative points:
The bed, terrible, sank in the center and you slept in tension not to leave for the middle.
The Spa...the water is not warm, so you don't feel like being on the water for the contracted time.
We had half an hour of private jacuzzi...instead of jacuzzi they could say hot tub, why my partner is 6'8" and half the legs down were out why he didn't come in.
Breakfast...we have been in hotels with fewer stars and much better, very scarce, pastries of the supermarket, without variety of breads or fruits...
Positive:
Very rich and well priced dinner.
The location, although it is in a polygon although it is true that everything is close and you can walk.
Super friendly and polite staff.

Four stars, come big.

We have stayed one night in this hotel,with the intention of doing a couple of days of relaxation.I think the rating of four stars ke is a little great.The right rooms without more, bad soundproofing, just cleanliness, the TV did not work when I arrived, I asked to get ice, and I was told that for service of airplanes there is a minimum of 10 euros, it has never happened to me, the locks need renovation plan.The spa quite the opposite, a nice place and the very friendly and helpful staff.The receptionist of tomorrow, attentive and polite.The.afternoon better not to talk.
