An old manor estate.

We chose to stay at the Zinc because it is just 20 minutes from the city of Alicante. This place is better known for its restaurant located on the lower part of the house; it is on the upper part where the rooms for lodging are found.
Before becoming the current restaurant, the venue was the Finca Romano de Pelailla. It is an old rustic manor estate in traditional Alicante style. These types of historical properties in the countryside of Mutxamel were originally dedicated to agricultural exploitation and as vacation homes. When the current owners acquired the property, they carried out a thorough renovation to adapt the spaces. There are many details in the house that let you know you are in a place with history.
The day we stayed there, the restaurant was closed, and we could not enjoy a meal there. They gave us the entire complex to ourselves, and the man who welcomed us was friendly and pleasant. A comfortable bed, private parking, terrace, air conditioning... you cannot ask for more for the price paid.

Smooth and friendly service, the kitchen was highly recommended!
They work with a limited choice in dishes, which I greatly appreciate because the products are then fresher
We really enjoyed and will definitely be back
