Extremely clean. It has everything you would need for a short stay. Perfect location. Beds were comfortable.
The highlight was how clean it was! The cleaning staff does an excellent job. I would come back to this hotel.

NO REST AND ANTS.

A very bad experience. A lot of street noise during the night, it is impossible to rest. The house full of ants. WITH A BABY.
The baby trolley barely enters the elevator.
Works that start at 7 a.m., endless.

Total Disappointment in Care and Service

The apartment was correct for the price, somewhat noisy but according to expectations. However, the Service and Customer Service were really disappointing. We had a reservation of 10 days and from the first moment the Wi-Fi connection did not work, despite being an included Service and fundamental to our stay.
Throughout the stay we asked for help several times. The front desk staff only said they were sorry and sent us to an email address that never responded until after check-out (10 days later). The only intervention was that of a technician who came on the fifth day, reviewed the problem and left without solving it.
The hotel never showed a willingness to resolve anything and its only priority was to retain the money. I recommend avoiding this accommodation if responsible Service and serious customer service are valued.

The staff was outstanding. Everything in the room was adecúate and functional.The location could not be better in the Malaga Historic Center. The only complaint was the WiFi, signal was weak and intermittent.
