Travelling with Pets • If you plan to bring a pet, you must inform us in advance. • An additional nightly fee applies per pet, calculated for the entire length of the booking, even if the pet does not stay every night. • Failure to notify the presence of a pet will result in the loss of the full deposit. Guests staying at the Property • It’s important that you correctly indicate the number of guests who will be staying. • Any visitors not included in the reservation must be paid for separately. An additional fee applies per person, per night, and is calculated for the entire duration of the booking, even if those guests are not present every night. • The age restriction shown in the "Guest Information" section applies to all guests in the reservation, with no exceptions, regardless of who accompanies them. • Failure to comply with this policy may result in loss of the security deposit. Check-in Procedure • The person who made the booking must be present at check-in. • Check-in cannot be delegated to someone else, even if they are part of your group.
