Very clean and spacious room. Staff is responsive and kind.

Is a bit smelly rooms and bot so clean. You check in on your own . There is no staff. So your not sure how to ask for towels etc etc. area is not bad . You could uber everywhere, businesses close . Groceries etc etc .

Room was dirty, the check-in was awful because the code wasn't working and the phone number of the "service center" didn't reply until 45 minutes after my initial call.
Once I could enter my room it turned out there was barely any water coming from the water tap in the bathroom, which required an initial phone call.
All in all - very dissatisfied.

This is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff in site. If you book with Hotels.com be sure to directly contact the property prior to the day you check in. Otherwise, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to the Metro. I needed just one night at a cheap hotel not far from the airport. This was perfect.

Review hello fair

This weekend we were in Madrid and stayed here. We were charged the amount of the stay a month ahead of schedule without warning, so we had to pay or lost the room.
The photos that are vary a lot from reality, the price of 183€ I see tremendously excessive for the state of the room.
Surface cleaning, humidity to
Stop, ants in the bathroom, cobwebs. More investment should be made in cleaning because it leaves much to be desired. In addition, a few days before arriving, we tried to contact the local to find out if they had a lift or some means to climb a wheelchair, but they did not pick up our phone.
Of course the experience has been unique and not to repeat.
