Lovely bar

What a great experience we had in this lovely bar. We were meeting up with friends so had every intention of staying for one drink then moving on. Fast forward 5 hrs and we were still there, fed and watered and having the best time. Food was lovely and drinks were great.
This place is a gem and does the best Porn Star Martini I’ve ever had.

Brilliant Service and food

We visited for the first time for breakfast. The waitress was extremely efficient and friendly as were all the other staff. Orange Juice was the best and breakfast was excellent. Pleasant ambience.

New owners 5*, beach club, relaxed, friendly service.

Under new management 5*, the hospitality was second to none, very friendly staff. Beer served in ice cold glasses, the food was beautiful & I highly recommend the carrot cake! Wishing the new owners all the very best, they deserve it. I cannot recommend this new place enough, with a new chilled out, relaxed beach club vibe.

Spectacular and familiar service, homemade and very delicious dishes, delicious croquettes, salads, super tasty burger, with natural ingredients. The place is very cozy both at night and day, and the location is perfect, with views of the port and easy to park. We will definitely return!!!!

Great location, but poor cleaning and no service

Let's start with the positives. The hotel is perfectly located at the beach in the lively part of Altea. The room is well furnished with solid furniture and good windows (not obvious in Spain and therefore no noise in the room while being very centrally located). That being said, there is simply no service in this hotel: never anybody at the desk, on Christmas day there was no housekeeping of the room, nobody picking up the phone, ... And unfortunately the housekeeping was really not up to standard. The bathroom was not clean to begin with (see pictures), and there was no real cleaning done while I was there. Just taking out the trash and putting some new towels. It's of course a democratic hotel, though still charging more than 100 EUR per night for a single room without breakfast.
