Perfect hotel

The hotel is in a brilliant location right by the lake and in the middle of the promenade, which is lined with stalls selling souvenirs, ice cream, water sports equipment, children’s play areas, bars and restaurants. There’s a car park right next door.
The hotel is clean and nicely furnished, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Right by the pool is a bar offering a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You can charge your drinks to your room, so there’s no need to worry about credit cards or cash. We never had any trouble finding a sun lounger. Pool towels are provided in the room.
The breakfasts are well above average, including beans, fried mushrooms, sausages, eggs cooked in various ways, several types of olives, a large selection of sweet pastries and plenty more.

Shocking

Visited for a two day break with my son.
Room old fashioned and needs updating.
Our flight isn’t until 11 tonight and they are trying to charge us 20 euros each to stay around the pool

Not at all 4*, poor even for 3*

Room was small and totally useless furnished, any belonging to the bed, mirror as for the children, empty fridge, no house-shoes or further stuff for wellness usage. No service for changing the towels, even in times of Corona. Dinner was poor without any information about the food itself (allergens etc.). Not that nice to have a camp with cars just passing through the street but ok, hotel has not impact on everything. Maybe nice parts for the children but kids programme for a dinner is not that appreciated by adults. Not at all worth that price, it builts up a nice picture at the first touch unless you enter the room. I have experienced nicer hotels with better service in planty of other slovak hotels (Piestany, Trencin, Trencianske Teplice).

First of all, what you see on internet is not what you get. Room was small with low quality bed and pillows. It was clean, but overpriced. We should stay 3 nights but we left after two nights. Think before you book this hotel.
