Good value for money, good amenities, only service is to be improved

They have 4 or 6 little apartments with a bedroom with one double bed and 2 bunk beds, one lounge/ kitchen that is reasonably well equipped with a sofa-bed, so, in theory, 6 persons can stay, but it would be a bit crowded. We booked 4 appartments for 12 people, and initially they tried to put us in only 2 appartments, though the reservation clearly stated otherwise. The sofabed is very confortable, but the sun made it impossible to sleep after 7. I guess that's ok if you want to go skiing early, but if you want to sleep in, it's not so good. There's a little restaurant and a mini-market up the road for the bare necessities. It looks nice, but rather unpretentious. The heating worked very welll, but for showering you have to keep an eye on the boiler, since the hot water can run out with more then 4 persons. It's not really in Kopaonik, but 4 km far away. You can either take your car and park there for 4€, or take a taxi for thesame price. You can't really walk, there's no sidewalks. There's free wifi. Another negative point is that on the day we left the landlord was trying to rush us to leave. On booking.com they say checkout is between 7 and 11, but they thought we understood that's to mean 9. Overall a good experience.
