Relaxing!
Our stay at Samoa Beach Resort was wonderful. We had a small hiccup when we first arrived, so we asked to speak with the manager. George came to greet us and couldn't have been more helpful. He resolved our minor issue quickly and then went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding, and George even made sure we had our transfer organised to our next hotel at the end of our stay. His genuine care and excellent customer service made all the difference.
The resort has a beautiful, safe beach that's perfect for swimming and relaxing, as well as a fantastic pool, making it an ideal destination for guests of all ages.
Samoa Beach Resort is the perfect place to start or finish a holiday in Samoa. Its close proximity to the airport makes it incredibly convenient, yet it still offers a peaceful tropical atmosphere.
I would highly recommend this resort to families, couples and solo travellers alike. We were genuinely sorry to leave after seven wonderful days and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

One of the best places to stay in Samoa.
We love to stay here for our last couple of nights to make an early flight easy at the end of a Samoa holiday. First visit since ownership changed & we were as delighted as before. Managing expectations to keep Samoan values forefront is perfectly acceptable me, so service maybe slower than ideal & small things might get missed, but it’s Samoa!
Staff were absolutely fabulous without fault & even drove us to the airport for the usual taxi fare (in the bosses car) when the taxi didn’t show at 4:20am.
Beach, pool, gym, sauna & restaurants all up to standard. We’ll be back (but never in school holidays because it can be a bit overrun).

Highly recommend Samoa Beach Resort. Such a lovely stay. Room was clean and spacious and comfortable. I love the buffet breakfast each morning. The restaurant menu and cocktails is reasonably priced great selections of food and lovely cocktails..blue lagoon was my favourite :)
The resort has an ATM which was lovely. Attended a weaving activities on the day..made a bangle, bookmark using bandannas plant. Great gym and clean bathroom. Lovely big pool and a swim up bar, and beautiful white sandy beaches. I love that they offer fresh cold coconut to drink on arrival at reception!
A bit more training on customer service otherwise the friendly smile and warm welcoming was lovely. The resort had everything and didn’t have to drive into town that was 50mins away. Will stay again - Thank you

Amazing holiday
We had a wonderful holiday. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. Mark really looked after us. The food was great the drinks fantastic. Beautiful view from our room over the beach. The pool was lovely. Loved the beach. Had a great massage in an amazing spot outside with the birds chirping and a gentle breeze. Lovely ladies. Beautiful open air breakfast and dinner. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Samoa Beach resort. We definitely want to come back. It was fantastic.

Disappointment
The rooms were a little dated but comfortable with a nice outlook. The staff were friendly but the service was terribly slow and the hotel was relatively quiet when we were there. The food was almost inedible - every single meal we ordered for dinner was practically inedible and took hours to arrive. Also, when we first checked in my husband confirmed twice that we had arranged an airport transfer and we were assured it was booked. However when we got down to reception at 3.00am not one staff member had knowledge of this request which caused our whole family extreme stress. Overall, a very disappointing stay - we would be very reluctant to return.
