The great disappointment

Very disappointing. As we were loading our things to our car after checking out, one front desk staff approached us to tell us we need to pay additional since one pillow case, allegedly from the room we were staying in, has hair color stains. We were surprised, of course, since my wife wasn’t using colored hair shampoo the entire time of our stay. Our beef isn’t the amount we were asked to pay since it wasn’t that much, but the fact that we were somehow accused of something we didn’t do and was not listened to when we explained. We even left an amount as tip in the room when we checked out. What made it more disappointing is the fact that we’re regular guests of the establishment and we always make sure that we leave our room without any damage in it. I saw no effort from them to investigate first if the stained pillow case really was from our room. We were just told and asked to pay. For all we know, it was just mislabeled as coming from our room, which I believed could be the case. We used to like the place and even recommended it to friends. This incident somehow dampened our desire to return there in the future. So disappointing.

The Hotel's nice and room was clean but the staff was terrible. It takes a long time to check in and she forgot to give us back our IDs. No toiletries, only one towel in the bathroom.

Place was good and the service. We had the family room it really was a good price with breakfast for 4. We just had a little trouble with taxi drivers they are not familiar with the hotel.
