The building and room is quite old and could benefit from some updates. The bathroom was a bit disappointing—there was no bidet, the shower head sprayed water unevenly, and the toilet bowl felt more like those you typically find in public mall restrooms than in a hotel. On the positive side, the staff were excellent throughout our stay. They were friendly, accommodating, and provided great service, which was definitely the highlight of the experience.

Value for money

Our family had a wonderful stay at Citylight Hotel in Baguio. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs with genuine warmth—something we really appreciated, especially since we were traveling with kids.
The location is a big plus. It’s conveniently close to popular spots like Burnham Park and Session Road, which made it easy for us to explore the city without worrying too much about transportation. After a full day of sightseeing, it was great to return to a comfortable and relaxing space.
Our room was clean, spacious enough for the whole family, and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, and we had a nice view of the city, which added to the overall experience. The hotel restaurant also served good food with a variety of options that suited both adults and children.
What stood out most was how family-friendly the atmosphere was. The staff were patient and accommodating, always ready to help with our requests. Overall, Citylight Hotel provided us with a pleasant and stress-free stay in Baguio. We’d definitely consider staying here again on our next family trip.

Clean, the staff is nice, and they have many options for their yummy breakfast. At night, if you're too lazy to go out for dinner, they have a good buffet on the rooftop.

Room was in good condition, staff are nice and friendly. The main issue is their internet it sucks always loosing connection especially if you stayed for almost a month you need a good internet.
