Great experience

The facilities were excellent. The cleaning service. The dining service. The full breakfast. The reception was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff, in general, was very friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the hotel was okay.
I will return.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to the Grand Nobility Hotel. The hotel’s location is ideal, and you can easily walk to many of Miraflores’ attractions and points of interest. The area is sure and really nice.
The rooms were large, clean, and spacious, and the bathroom was also very comfortable. Air conditioning in the room worked good. The breakfast was simply excellent - varied and high-quality.

Best hotel stay ever

I decided to take a birthday trip and chose this hotel because the executive suite has an amazing tub/shower so innovative state of the art I'm telling you the experience just showering in the tub was amazing and so worth it All of the staff here was so accommodating so friendly and their customer service was A1 they made me feel like pure royalty I was so grateful that I chose this hotel out of all the hotels I could have chose to come here to stay on top of every morning we had fresh juice and fruit I love their continental breakfast setup if you looking for an amazing experience this is the hotel The people are great the food was great the service was great I have no complaints

Sleepless nights/loud noises

The noise in the hotel is so loud you cannot even sleep at all. There’s loud music along with microphones being all day long.

Very attentive and helpful staff

Our stay (11 nights) was very pleasant. The room was spacious and featured a hairdryer, minibar and electric kettle. The staff was always attentive to our concerns. The breakfast buffet was complete and varied (fruit juices, coffee, natural fruits, sweet cupcakes, sandwiches, sautéed vegetables, potatoes, meats, etc., etc.). But the most pleasant thing about our stay was the very careful and affectionate treatment of Don Javier and his companion during breakfast, very attentive and affectionate with all the passengers, friendly and helpful every morning......really the best of the hotel.
