⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Service at Hotel Thamel
I never saw him getting irritated or speaking rudely, even when things were busy. He is very approachable and always tries his best to understand the guests’ needs and arrange or adjust things whenever possible.
His warm smile, sweet way of speaking, and helpful attitude make guests feel comfortable and welcome. People like Bijaya make the stay at Hotel Thamel even more pleasant.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Thamel
Huge thanks to Bijaya at the front desk for making our check-in and check-out so smooth. Bijaya was super understanding and even helped us book cabs at really reasonable prices, which saved us a lot of hassle.
Would definitely stay here again!
