I'd say great!

Simple and very nice riad, in Moroccan style. Breakfast very good and plentiful, cleanliness excellent.
The location is also not bad at all: 15 minutes walk from the central square, inside the Medina but moved enough not to feel all the chaos at night.
Finding the entrance is a bit complicated in fact I'm glad I relied on their shuttle service to the arrival.
Ali, the owner, is a fantastic person, of a unique kindness, speaks beautiful English and is really super helpful. He picked us up where the taxi left us and gave us lots of directions and useful information.
Upon arrival he offered us an excellent Moroccan mint tea and answered all our questions always remaining available also through whatsapp. I kept in touch with her and will definitely recommend everyone to come here.

THE HORRIBLE RIAD IN MARRAKECH! DECEPTION!!!

The most terrible riad in Marrakech!!! Don't make reservations for this filthy place. Booked on booking for two nights - the rates were only non-refundable. But the riad photos on the website bribed me. When I got to the place (through an abandoned area that can't be reached by taxi) and saw what rooms were really like! All in mold, not a single window(!!!), the windows are all artificial and open to a closed corridor - there is no oxygen access in absolutely no room. I told you at the riadh that I had asthma and without access to air in the room and without oxygen in that damp, mildewy stuff, I would just suffocate. Ali's owner/manager pretended to agree to a refund after listening to my request for a refund and booking sent him numerous messages requesting a refund. Ali wrote that the money was in his bank account and he couldn't pay it back. He refused to answer Buking. I've been texting him for months asking for my money back, but he said he would if I came to Marrakech personally! It's a fraud scheme that's very popular in the city and I'm really sorry that not many people write about it. Never book this barn with mold and disgusting service. It's a trick for tourists!

Stay in the Medina of Marrakesh

Welcoming and clean structure. Very kind staff and Ali the Owner a very good person, helped us on several occasions coming up against our needs. Breakfast on the terrace good and plentiful.
10 minutes walk from the main square.
Recommendation this riad if you want to stay near the Medina but still away from the city crowds

They deceived us

The worst place, they deceive you. The owner is a very bad person and leaves you standing at the last minute. Don't trust this place. Also, what they publish is totally different from what they have, I do not recommend this place to anyone, if you can help it, do not stay here since they deceived us

Nightmare

The structure is in a disadvantaged position: not reachable by taxi and in the middle of a working-class neighbourhood. Strong smell of urine 24 hours a day both inside and outside the facility. The rooms were not clean when we arrived, nor were they cleaned in the following days. The towels smelled when we arrived and the bathroom, so narrow that the door could not be opened completely because it banged against the toilet, was full of cockroaches. Breakfast was served with a side dish of dead ants in sugar or on bread, a few days old. The humility of the structure is not a fault if it is lived with dignity, but this too was lacking on the part of the owner: we were strictly asked to pay in euros and before viewing the rooms, obviously a tax receipt was not provided. The taxi fares offered by the Riad were so far from those offered by the city's taxi drivers that there is no explanation other than that of wanting to grab as much as possible. The Riad is located far from any point of interest and not even taxi drivers can reach it.
