Authentic hospitality, unforgettable cuisine in Marrakech

We stayed 4 days between late January and early February in this Riad in the medina of Marrakech and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect: inside the medina but away from the chaos.
The environment is cozy and very clean. Breakfast was one of the things we loved most: plentiful, typical, with fresh produce prepared every morning. A special mention to the girl in the kitchen, who prepares authentic and really delicious dishes.
The staff was also fantastic in organizing transfers to the airport; on the morning of departure they even prepared a breakfast box to take away.
We had dinner in the Riad on the last night... and they were the best dishes eaten in the medina! Highly recommended dinner (better to book). The terrace is also beautiful, it’s just a shame we couldn’t have breakfast outside because of the season. Super recommended!

Wonderfully quiet riad with the best host abdoulla

I was traveling to Morocco alone for the first time, I was obviously quite excited. But upon entering riad aicha I immediately felt completely safe and at ease. The host abdoulla is particularly friendly, welcoming and professional. He really made my experience in Marrakech fantastic. The breakfasts are delicious, the mattresses are sleeping and nice and despite it being 42 degrees outside the riad is nice and cool. I will definitely be back again and I can wire it to anyone!

A Gem of a Riad

We originally booked another Riad on Booking.com who messed up our booking so we had to find a place to stay pronto.
We just took this place as there wasn't much choice with no real thought.
We are so glad the other Riad (9.8 on Booking.com) messed up and we ended up here.
They made us so welcome considering and nothing was to much bother for Abdullah, even getting up extra early to make breakfast for my family which he didn’t have to.
The roof terrace is a gem with not many photos and the breakfast as plenty and full as any.
There are “trendier” Riad’s in town but dont overlook this traditional Gem.
Thank you Abdullah for your kindness (even giving his mobile number to my wife and daughter willing to come to meet them to walk them back safe at night) and Hafid for making our stay with you one to remember.
I can’t put a review on Booking.com as we booked direct but it would have been a 10.

Beautiful place managed by Abdul a beautiful person (kind, helpful, attentive and very involved in the Riad )
The negative is the location, it lacks good signage.
We could easily have gotten lost in all its alleys, but we could count on Abdul to take us back to the Riad or to accompany us to meeting points.

Pleasant and safe in a city with a breakneck pace

Family Riad, modest but very clean close to the central square, despite the proximity to a busy area, inside the Riad it was peaceful. The host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us directions on where to go and what to do, he even arranged a tour for us and on the last day he helped us negotiate a taxi to the airport. I recommend it for the friendliness and attention given to guests.
