Good location and friendly staff

At this price, it's very difficult to find a hotel in the center of Tulum that is this high-quality, clean, and has such friendly staff.

Excellent!

Excellent customer service and really beautiful rooms . Staff very helpful especially Maria her care and advice was priceless! Highly recommended if you want to escape and chill just perfect place .
Also very creative and delicious breakfast! With some good music in the background ❤️

Very good value for money

Nice hotel with a nice location. The staff is lovely, special mention for the manager who gave us valuable advice. There was a leaking air conditioning problem in our room, the problem was handled very efficiently and with a lot of understanding. I highly recommend!

To avoid if you want some calm

The hotel is in the city with bcp noise the insulation of the room is non-existent. The room is not super clean but especially very dark and poorly arranged. We had a thunderstorm and the water wetted our belongings through the frames.
We will not talk about Welcoming
In summary we will not go back and recommend it

Great staff – kind and helpful

Such a nice and lovely place to stay. The staff was so kind, lovely and helpful. Great Team. We would definitly recommend whenever you wanna stay in Tulum. Staff let us stay by the pool when we had to wait hours for our bus.
Also loved the tulum vibes
