Bad experience

Dirty hotel, they do not make an effort to clean either the room or the public areas, especially the pool in poor condition, they offer restaurant service and it is not open. There were cockroaches both in the pool and in the hallways. I do not recommend it.

Not coming back

Poor reception... They don't say hello.
You have to be asking them.
Dirty room, same bathroom.
The pillow looked like it had literal cardboard.
They gave us room on the first floor and had music until after 12 pm
The location of the hotel is great.
Pity for the service and cleanliness.

Bare bones hotel next to beach

Sort of clean in that they clean it every day. Mold growing everywhere in the shower. Given two towels each day to use for everything. Usually the towels had giant holes in them. No Tissues. Racks hanging off the walls in bathroom. No bed covers or blankets only sheets. Two points for excellent air conditioner and hot water in shower. Steps from the beach.

Don’t stay here!

Terrible experience! Noisiest place I have ever stayed! It is midnight and children are still running past my door screaming. Loud people and music still happening in the center courtyard where rooms face. Room is totally bare got handed towels and remotes at the front desk with check-in no hand towels or wash cloths. Do NOT recommend. Will NOT return.

Absolutely horrible!

We arrived only to find out no one wearing a mask at the reception. When Christy ( she said that was her name) was on the phone with the owners she put mask on so they can hear her voice through the mask. I was seated next to her puzzled!
They gave us two towels for two days to wash face, hands, bodies, feet and pool. Not sure this even meets Mexican health standards.
When asked to speak to the owner she told us she is the one, Lety…Later she changed her mind. Also they wouldn’t give us seniors discount. Apparently they do have it but…not for us ( gringos). It was very noisy with small children going nuts at the pool above all glass doors falling of the frame. Lights on whole night long. Avoid it’s overpriced anyways. Maybe for one night but we stayed two and couldn’t wait to go home.
