The surrounding area of Loreto requires some time to truly take in, having a hotel you can feel comfortable in is key. It second stay went smoothly as the rooms here were stunning. The architecture felt classic but refreshed and the updates were surely pleasant. The room was decorated and brought a romantic feel. It didn't have refrigerators so that was rather frustrating.
The staff, primarily the front desk, had moments of misinformation, guiding us in a wrong direction, but got the job done for the most part. We never got to use their pool and BBQ area as it was just way too hot but the restaurant inside was a true treasure including the waiters and chefs.

Excellent hotel in Loreto
Excellent hotel with a very good location, its pool is very nice, the food is delicious and high quality, excellent treatment from the staff; everyone is very friendly, we just would have liked a minibar in the room and an entertainment area for teenagers like a mini pool table or training games.

Loved loved this hotel & the two restaurants. The staff especially the manager excellent. Incredible service & staff.

The attention from all the staff is perfect, they make you feel comfortable, impeccable, food, drinks, service, rooms, pool, location on the boardwalk.. simply the service is wonderful.. I highly recommend it

La Mision Made Us Fall in Love with Loreto
We stayed at La Misión for the first time earlier this July, we felt welcomed right away, we arrived early because our flight schedule and we got an early check-in.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had fantastic views. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was warm, accommodating, and eager to help. They made arrangement for us when we needed to rent a car for the day and the process was seamless; they also arranged a taxi for dinner outside of town and coordinated our ride back to the airport.
Our first meal at the hotel’s restaurant was the perfect way to start our Loreto vacation with the most amazing view, ceviche and micheladas!
What we loved most about La Misión is that it feels local. It’s not a large resort, but it delivers first-class service and genuine hospitality. The location is ideal—just a five-minute walk to the historic center, where we enjoyed visiting the mission church and plaza, watching locals gather, exploring charming restaurants and shops, and strolling along the Malecón while taking in the beautiful ocean views.
La Misión played a big part in making us fall in love with Loreto. We can’t wait to come back!
