Pleasant hotel on outskirts of Nida

This is a modern, nice hotel kind of in the woods a very short drive to the seafront and shops. Our room was fine, with a balcony, a sitting room and a mini-fridge. The restaurant was quite good for both dinner and breakfast. We particularly liked the tender pork ribs with bbq sauce and the lamb dumplings. Parents will appreciate the small playground out front and the opportunity for kids to run around safely. I would have preferred to be right on the town waterfront (i thought it was when i booked it, and parking can be tough in town) but this is a pleasant alternative.

Overrated.

The hotel is clearly overrated. The rooms are very basic with cheap furniture, the bathroom not well cleaned and in poor condition. Very loud refrigerator in the room bot no minibar. Staff at the reception not very friendly. Guests are parking their dirty bikes in the lobby and in the floors. The breakfast is average. Not at all 4 stars!

Great

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the 2 bed apartments on the top floor. It was great. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. The apartment was very big with 2 separate bathrooms, dining area and kitchen etc. The breakfast was simple and not hugely appealing.

Slightly disappointing

We were two couples visiting Nida and Hotel Nidus was our choice. Rooms were spacious, but the bathrooms were very small and old fashioned. Rather old fashioned in the fittings of the rooms, but at least they were clean. No ventilation or air-conditioning made the rooms stuffy. Service of the staff was good though.

Quiet Hotel

The hotel is situated a bit outside of Nida but everything is still in walking distance. We had a fairly big room on the first floor with balcony. When we told them that the room was too cold for us, they put an extra heater in. Getting a second pillow wasn't a problem either. They were really helpful and the breakfast was good. I would've given three stars if it wasn't for the staff taking care of our needs.
