We loved this Airbnb! Spotless, great decor. The owner was so kind, welcomed us, explained everything, let us check in early, leave our backpacks there the next day after our check out time. We hope to definitely go back in the future!

Ca’ Patron pays attention to every detail. Despite the chaos of so many tourist areas of Venice, this location is quiet and peaceful. The room is as pictured, and very nice and clean with thoughtful touches like chocolates, complimentary water bottles, a kettle, a coffee maker. The toiletries in the bathroom are high quality, even the hair dryer isn’t some cheap thing. The rain cloud style shower head in the bathroom was heavenly and the water nice and hot. Bed was comfortable and the tv was a smart tv. Very nice. You’re about a 30 min walk from the train station Santa Lucia, and 15 minutes to St. Mark’s square. Would return again for sure.

Our host Alessandro was very hospitable. The room was very beautiful and spacious. I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking to stay in Venice.

This property was super close to the main port which takes you to the airport / murano & burano and had plenty of restaurants and stores around it. The host, Alessandro, was super helpful and responsive.
I also truly appreciated how he had set up the room and provided free drinks and snacks!! I loved the room and have no complaints whatsoever

The air conditioning wasn't turned on but Alessandro could not have been nicer. He was so accommodating and helpful. I was suspicious about all the 10 star reviews but after staying here, I know it's legit. The room was clean and very nice. Marble tile floors, sliding door shower and bed was comfy. It's out of the way from the tourist spots and in a quiet area but also close to Ponte Rialto.
