A stay to remember, in the most authentic heart of the Val d’Orcia
Since our arrival we were greeted by the owner, Luca, who immediately proved to be an extremely friendly, helpful, genuine and really easygoing person. He made us feel immediately welcome, calmly explaining everything we needed about the stay and giving us valuable advice on places to visit and activities to do in Val d’Orcia. Advice that proved to be really useful and that helped make our experience even more beautiful.
We stayed in the Rosmarino apartment, which we found very clean, cared for, tidy and equipped with all the essential amenities. A welcoming, relaxing and perfect place to rest after days spent among villages, hills and wonderful views, you can clearly perceive the great attention with which the whole structure is managed.
A special speech deserves breakfast, which for us was one of the most pleasant moments of the stay. Every morning a rich, varied and delicious breakfast buffet was waiting for us, able to start the day in the best way. The quality of the products is really high and you feel that behind it there is great care: many ingredients are produced by Luca and many things are homemade directly by Luca, also with the support of his staff. Everything was genuine, fresh and prepared with passion and a special mention goes to the tarts with jam, really exceptional.
Also the structure deserves only COMPLIMENTS: beautiful, impeccably maintained, with well-kept lawn and attention to detail that really makes the difference. The location is simply perfect, strategic for visiting the Val d’Orcia in a convenient and intelligent way: in front of the famous Vitaleta Chapel and a short distance from Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia and Bagno Vignoni. Really hard to imagine a better base to discover this area.
The Val d’Orcia is a magical place, one of those places that remain within you, and this trip was for us one of the most beautiful we have ever done. Also for this reason we feel like saying that Agriturismo Bonello played an important role in making your stay so special. We felt welcomed, pampered and in the right place.
If we return to Val d’Orcia, we would come back here without any doubt ❤️
