Lovely hostel! Recommend you try it

Lovely hostel. Greeting was so friendly and offer maps and lots of advice . Breakfast was included which was ok. Rooms cleaned daily and beds made . Not normally a hostel visitor but I would say this was better than some of the cheaper hotel chains in the UK. We had towels too. Good location , near station and lots of restaurants and supermarkets around . Kitchen and fridges able to be used .

Disgusting.

The façade that you take out is not dirty, old, without wardrobe in 4 days, they have not passed neither to clean, nor change towels, nor throw trash, strong smell of damp and the breakfasts lying, a machine throwing coins for coffee and another with chocolates. No elevator

I'm sorry.

I took lodging for two nights here.
Requesting a room for two with en suite bathroom.
Entering the room, 4 sockets work 2 (?)
A lamp that does not work(?)...
In the bathroom the mirror lights do not work,
Window if even closing it remains ajar
(the shutter is missing a pin).
On the other hand, the sheets are clean.
Rightly it is always a hostello but in my opinion we PAID as if it were a 3/4 star hotel.
I'm sorry.

Great location, not much else.

Reception Staff were friendly, helped to show us a map and pointed out the key areas to visit. The location of the hostel was brilliant! Less than a 10 minute walk away from the main attractions, however the kitchen was lackluster to say the least and the bed sheets had holes in them. it was loud at night with the door and people walking in around midnight. If you all you plan to spend as little time in the hostel as possible this great, bathrooms were average.

Good experience, walkable to major attractions

This hostel is located near the central area of Florence which has the main station, market and even the cathedral at a walkable distance. However it's a hostel so rooms are okay enough with sharing washrooms. They majorily have dorms however have few private rooms as well.They do have a common kitchen where we can cook/eat some food and even a small vending machine for quick snacks.
