The hostel was clean, it is in good position, but during the night there was lot of noise.
Hot water didn't work so good.

Unproblematic

The managing skills are good plus they treat their guest really well.
Dorms are ok and they listen and help you whenever you need them.
They best part about this stay they don't give you unnecessary stress.

Disappointing Room.. Simply avoid

Advertised as Mountain/Hill View but no such view as building came next to this. Hotel says makemytrip didnt updated there website, not our issue. Makemytrip couldn't help much as hotel refused for cancellation so they gave a voucher after few days for a fracton of what i paid, which is not easy to use anyway.
You can just skip this hotel as overall its below average hotel.
Big minus point is no lift and you need to go thru steps more than 2 floors for this wooden theme room. No way elder people can do this as steps are not comfortable too.
All Men staff so they sleep in the open places which is not comfortable for family. They cant even come out to see the vew from the portico.
All through the night buzzing sound of inverter which didn't allow me to sleep.
One of the window door and bathroom screen was banging right thru the night. No option to lock as broken.
pillows are disappointing and so does the blanket/bedsheet.
Only good thing is its close to taxi stand & laxman jhula(which is closed for renovation though).
When it rains, soo much sound as the room has iron sheets as roof under which is wooden blocks.
I couldn't stay there for more than one night so checked out after one night even though i paid for 2 nights.Obviously no refund from hotel even though there facilities are not good.
There is one balcony which is flithy.. This could have been cleaned and a 2 chairs placed would have been good ...

Horrible

Horrible hotel. Haughty Reception guy. They don’t provide hot water as the dummy geysers switch in the corridor is actually controlled from the admin floor. If you insist for hot water they will turn it in but water just trickles in slow drops. You can’t definitely use that for a shower. All in all, bathroom not clean

Excellent service

I enjoyed my second visit here in last two months. Excellent service as always. Staff is friendly and well supportive. Rooms are well cleaned with beautiful balcony and views. Special mention for Mandeep.❤️❤️
