All booking confirmations are valid only on successful payment and upon presentation of relevant identification documents. Please note that unmarried couples with Hyderabad Local ID may not be permitted to stay in the property. Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, extra guests will be charged. Please note that the property operates a strict no party and no social gathering policy and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Guests are also required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times while occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours. In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. Please note that the property offers Special Discounted Rates for Weekly Stays (minimum 7 nights) & Monthly Stays (minimum 28 nights) but all bookings will be required to pay electricity charges upon actual usage. For all Standard room types, cleaning services are available on a weekly basis only. Superior rooms have cleaning services every other day.
