Lovely, modern, small hotel - fantastic location - would return
The hotel is small, only 11 bedrooms set over 3 floors. We stayed in room 4, which was a double bed and sofa bed witch kitchenette. Good size room with balcony. Everything has been well thought of. Lots of electrical points, air conditioning included, safe, kitchen amenities including coffee machine & kettle, washing up liquid and sponge, washing line, hairdryer and toiletries. Complimentary bottle of water in fridge and lots of storage.
Beautifully decorated hotel, very clean & modern, in the most perfect location, just behind the high school on papadiamanti street, where you will find all the shops and restaurants. The Main Street in Skiathos town. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the port. You really couldn’t have a better location.
The 2 ladies on reception are lovely, very friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to help and solve any problems. On our last day they ordered us a taxi to the airport which was a great help and picked us up from the side street close to hotel, for €10. Cars are not able to park outside hotel so there is a 1 minute walk for taxi drop off, which was no problem at all.
We had a night time flight so were able to leave our luggage at hotel after check out and collect it later. I asked if there was a toilet/shower available upon checkout and was told not yet, but this will be coming soon, which will be a great addition to this lovely hotel.
I would recommend Skiathos Elegant hotel and would stay here again, fantastic price for this type of hotel.
