We have already been to this hotel for the second time because we liked it so much during our first stay.
The first time we had a hotel room for two adults and two children; this time we decided on an apartment.
We would especially like to highlight the great location – the old town is easily reachable on foot. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. You feel welcome from the very first moment.
The food was also excellent again. There is now an à la carte concept for all guests. We only found it a pity that there are no longer any special children's menus. Nevertheless, the menu offers many delicious dishes, so everyone finds something suitable.
We were also very happy about the small welcome gift.
The apartment was a bit older in its furnishings, but it was very clean and well-maintained. The only small point of criticism was the bathroom, which is a bit small for four people.
Overall, we had a very nice stay again and would recommend the hotel at any time. We would love to come back!

Amazing staff , amazing location.

Just returned from a fantastic family break, 10 adults mixed ages all absolutely loved our stay .the staff couldn’t have been any nicer . Treated us like friends more than customers , second time in Rethymnon we have already booked for next July in the Ideon

Fabulous Hotel

Wonderful hotel, in a great location for the many restaurants and bars of the old town. Walking is easy as it’s on the flat. Hotel is spotless, rooms are modern, great air con, n fabulous, and staff are friendly and helpful. We are in a spacious superior sea view room on the 3rd floor and it’s lovely/ paid a little bit extra for it but worth every penny. Breakfast is good, snacks are even better, and cocktails in the front terrace are just the best, special mention to George and Costas (great waiters) Pool area is smallish, can always get a sun lounger. Don’t normally return to hotels but this may be an exception.
