Another Great Stay

A wonderful stay, yet again. Great hotel, and wonderful staff. Yannis and Apsa make the stay a pleasure. Even if Yannis made us stay up drinking with him until all hours. lol. If you want a relaxing break this is definitely the place to stay.

Arrived to find that Hotels.com had advised the property I was a single traveller although I had booked a studio for 2. This was quickly rectified by the owners. The room was lovely, very clean nice balcony. The pool area was full of selfish people, one couple had towels on 2 sunbeds and I only saw them sit on it once in 3 days. The bar prices were horrendous, more expensive than the posh bars on the harbour front! We got charged €9.70 for a crap cup of coffee and a coke and got charged for a bottle of water we hadn’t asked for.
Nice room, pool full of dead bugs, not enough umbrellas or sunbeds. After looking at this accommodation for some years and taking a chance on it I wish we hadn’t bothered tbh. Choose somewhere else.

Although our reservation at Anna Studios had been fully confirmed, when we arrived we were informed that there was no room available for us. Even worse, without our consent, we were sent to another property called Jimmy's Apartments, which was of a much lower standard.
Despite paying more than €100, the accommodation we were given was completely unacceptable. When we raised our concerns, the staff responded irresponsibly by saying, "We are not even affiliated with Hotels.com," and offered no solution whatsoever.
The room had numerous serious issues:
There was no hot water.
The room smelled strongly of mold and dampness.
The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain properly.
The balcony and chairs were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Although the view was beautiful, it was impossible to enjoy it.
The smell inside the room was so bad that we had to leave the windows open for 30 to 60 minutes before we could even stay inside.
I have taken photos documenting all of these problems.
What was supposed to be a peaceful one-night vacation turned into a terrible experience because of the poor conditions, lack of hygiene, and complete absence of customer service. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this property.

Fantastic short stay !

Fantastic apartments friendly staff and excellent facilities, modern clean room and lovely pool to cool off in, just a 15 min walk to the port for a wide selection of bars and restaurants

Lovely studio, a little basic (but what you would expect from greek apartments) all was fully acceptable and good quality. Quiet location and room. Car park fine once found where it was and how to access it!
