Hotel is ok
I don't know what all of you here write.
If you book cheap accommodation and no first class hotel, you don't have to complain.
Rooms are cleaned every day except Sundays.
Okay, breakfast is simple and without variety.
The hotel is centrally located and not at all on a highway.
The landlady is very friendly and speaks German.

Impossible
I miss the words.... the room was dirty. We arrived and could not get into the room. Although this was agreed that we can check in earlier. Towels we wanted fresh. Then came the statement that it is not possible, because they have to clean other rooms for that they need towels. We've been there four days. We had thank God still own towels with us.We had to properly discuss with the staff dqs we got fresh towels. Breakfast was not so great. So we went out for breakfast every morning. The older lady who knew German was very nice. She was always trying to help. The air conditioning we had to pay although it says it is included in the price. The only beautiful thing there is about the complex is the pool. Otherwise, we were only traveling and only to sleep in the hotel room. In our room, the socket hung out of the wall. Which isn't really safe. And there wasn't a restaurant there like there was no pool bar. We will not book there anymore. That really wasn't a nice experience.

My experience
Location of the hotel is very good. You have acces to the beach witch is the best in region for me. The atmosphere is pretty bad, because is a cheap hotel, but you can accomodate. Rooms are not that clean. If you have high expectations, search another property. Noise level is low, so you can sleep very well. The beds are also comfortable. The personal is very kindful. They gave us 2 bottles of water because we arrive late. Per total, is a 5/10 hotel, we had a good experience with some disavantages.
P.S. Is a good restaurant down, near Ikaros resort, called "Golden Fass". Here you find delicious gyros and sea food. We want to come there again only for food from here and for the beach.

Horrible nightmare
It’s more then horrible hotel, no warm water after 21:00 , dirty, smells bad, for breakfast it’s only „something like a Cham”, and cheese. From sweet biscuits. Air conditioning must pay separately. I don’t believe place like this exists. We have changed it after 2 days. It’s definitely not 2* hotel, i cannot even say its hotel . It’s disaster

Don't go swimming in the pool, everything else is ok.
Everything would be great if it wasn't for the BIG MINUS FOR POOL LOVERS. Me and the other moms in this hotel, I couldn't understand why the kids didn't want to swim in the sea-- complaining about baking skin in seawater.
Until the kids accidentally found a hole in the pool where there were lots of chlorine mugs-- and it became clear it was the pool. There's too much chlorine and it's lying there all the time!
It wasn't until the pool was banned that things got normal again. Went afterwards to the mini water park in Mali and in Khersonisos in the "Star beach water park" - there were no skin problems after the pools with chlorine in the water parks.
I was trying to tell the mistress in English that the kids have skin problems after the pool and that there's too much chlorine or it's bad quality, I don't know if she understood me. Perhaps her son will read the review and start dosing chlorine accordingly to the volume of the pool rather than randomly or switch suppliers. Since it is very important and depends on it the health of the children who swim there!!
Other than that, a great budget hotel, clean and neat, Greek authentic. Nice green space. The owner is an elderly woman, very pleasant, thank you for your hospitality. Cleaned every day. Lived on the 3rd floor - great view and nice room. Breakfast is always the same - sausage/cheese/bread/vegetables/yogurt/muesli/cookies Maria/milk/coffee/watermelon/muesli/margarine/jams/nutella. The room has a plastic kettle (plastics are also inside). Anyway, if it wasn't for the pool situation, I'd be happy...
