Budget hotel choice with positives and negatives

A budget below average hotel which was also a last minute choice for the SK I visited Lefkada. Good welcome and excellent service from all the employees and the owner. However, it is still an old building, with bad aesthetics and damages in all areas of the hotel which make it difficult for you to distinguish the cleanliness. Among the positives were the beautiful sea view, the satisfying breakfast, the friendly people and the close access to Nydri. Nearby there are bakery shops, pharmacy, mini market coffee shop and restaurant where you can go on foot. Among the negatives is the lack of sufficient space for parking vehicles, the access by car, which is via a narrow and steep entrance ramp and the small swimming pool that has nothing to do with what is shown in the hotel's photos. Also toilets and pool showers far away which is inconvenient. I was surprised by the fact that they provide you with towels for the pool as well as beach umbrellas if you want to use them on a beach you will visit.

A hotel to remember

I really like almost everything at this hotel. The service excellent, the room fantastic. Great view very clean, change of sheets and towels every day. The breakfast very satisfying and location very good also. I really cant find anything. the problem with the parking is not really a problem for me, there are 6 places to park. i only didnt like that the rules for the swimming pool were not respected and the management didnt do anything in 1 case that we saw.
