A very nice experience

Very nice island for all seasons especially now that there is not a lot of people with nice attractions the cantons very picturesque and you could eat and drink your drink very comfortable all people friendly and helpful

A wonderful place ro relax

This was our second visit this year
It's a great hotel to relax .
Shirt journey from the airport and it's easy to go into Corfu Town
Sea view rooms are good to see the coastline and watch the boats sail by.
Really good choice of food especially at breakfast , with lovely staff on hand .Also the bars at the pool and beach are good .
Choice of places to swim , especially great to take the funicular to the beach .

Great Location poor Pool and beach cleanliness.

The Hotel is in a great location, but it is not 5 star. Both pools indoor and outdoor were not clean algae around the tiles and hand rails. The beach is not private as locals and people from other hotels took the beds. The beds are mostly damaged. The beach is not clean cigarette butts and rubbish lying on the sand. We were very annoyed when we were told to vacate the pool area at 4pm as they had a conference party there ( which ended up being cancelled) we had no where to go ! the hotel also closed the pool bar one day for a private function. They need to decide if they want holiday makers or conferences. The staff are excellent and the Hotel impressive with brilliant views but the pools and gym need urgent attention.

Excellent stay at Corfu Palace

We had an excellent stay at Corfu Palace. Location is perfect, right next to Old Town which has some amazing restaurants and shops.
Special shout out to Eleni at the front desk who was very helpful, always with a smile and gave very good recommendations of places to see, shop and eat.
Breakfast was very good too (fresh orange juice was awesome) and the gentleman managing the buffet breakfast was always nice.
All in all very good location and excellent service provided by all. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful hotel that will definitely be 5 star after its renovation

An elegant family run hotel with a fabulous location,views and service
Many reviews quite rightly say that the hotel is a little tired and needs some TLC.
The good news is that the hotel closed on October 7 for a major refurbishment of all the bedrooms which will take several months.
Our problem was that we booked a 10 day holiday which coincidentally ended with the day the hotel closed down. The first 6 days were wonderful. Unfortunately during the last few days the hotel seemed to go into “rundown “ mode. Dishes on the menu and even drinks at the bar became unavailable. The choice of the little pots of jam at breakfast slowly reduced until the last day there was just one. This is the reason it can only be given a 4 star rating.
However, after the renovation and it reopens I’m sure it will be a 5 star hotel.
A message for the hotel. Please ensure that the bedrooms will now have tea and coffee making facilities. Also a dress code in the main elegant restaurant should be enforced. Shorts and tee shirts don’t seem right and should be restricted to outdoor seating.
