Very nice experiance, super friendly staff

Very nice hotel. Simple but everything is clean and nothing is broken, very positive experiance.
They allow dogs, and all the staff are super friendly.
Codebox for key allows for late arrival.
Been there twice in last 2 weeks, and it will be our choice again next time we are in Dusseldorf.
First time we asked for a room at the annex (and got it). However upon arrival late friday evening there was a big party/event right next door.
But the reception changed our room to the main building when we called without hessitation. Very nice service through out…!

Simple Gotel with good breakfast

The hotel is located in the city center of Düsseldorf and is easily accessible. However, the tram in front of the door is also unmissable. The room key can be obtained from a key stressor for which you get an access code, which worked without any problems. I had a single room that was clean and functional, the bathroom was renovated and better than expected, a small desk to work on was available. Breakfast was surprisingly good and varied for the hotel category. The staff were very friendly. If you just want to stay overnight and don't need the hustle and bustle of a big hotel, then I can recommend the hotel, rooms to the rear are better up the street noise.

Great location with a lot of eating options around. Felt safe in the area, and it was an easy 10-15min walk into the main part of the city. Well worth a visit

Just what we needed to get a taste of Duesseldorf and deal with jet lag

Perfectly clean and functional hotel well located for pleasant walks to nearby points of interest. There is easy access to public transportation (which we used from the airport), many great cafes/restaurants, bakery and groceries nearby. The staff at the desk (limited hours) was very helpful and friendly. Key pick up and entry was super easy. We could walk to river cruise embarkation in less than 20 minutes. Only downside was the noise of the streetcar and traffic when windows were open. During the warm season, you will need to open the windows as there isn't AC. The hotel itself is very quiet, good showers and comfy beds. We could book a room for each of us for 2 nights, to deal with jet lag after flying in from SFO, since the price was about the same or less than a single room at a "higher grade" hotel. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked very good.

I wouod definitely stay here again. Nice classic hotel, felt safe and secure and a good breakfast.
