Please don’t trust the photos!
People smoking in the kitchen.
People doing drugs everywhere.
The “Boss” is doing illegal activities on the premise together with his “employees”
Showers are always dirty, so are the toilets.
Toilet paper always missing.
No promised 24h Service.
The residents steal there.
Every now and then there is a fight with screaming.
You have to pay for everything you want to use.
I felt really violated staying there and i will contact authorities. This hostel needs to be closed and investigated.

⚠️ A Complete Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs!!!
I booked and fully paid for a space at Premium Hostel via Booking.com, with both the reservation confirmed and reconfirmed directly by the property. Upon arrival, I was told that the room wasn't ready, and after waiting several hours, my details were collected for check-in. Few moments later, I was informed that the hostel was fully booked and my reservation would be canceled, with a full refund promised. That refund has never come, and my repeated attempts to contact the hostel have been ignored.
What makes this even worse is that
Booking.com also attempted to reach out to the hostel to resolve the issue, but couldn't get through. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and the fact that a platform like Booking.com can't even make contact with the property speaks volumes about the lack of accountability.
I had no choice but to scramble for alternative accommodation at my own expense. This experience has left me severely disappointed, and I cannot recommend Premium Hostel to anyone.
⚠️❌IF YOU VALUE RELIABILITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HONESTY, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

The windows are leaking. There was mold in the bathroom. Hygiene is generally a foreign word.
Toothpaste remains were visible on the mirror.
I have visited many hostels in my life this was the worst.

The great dissatisfaction and no listening ear of the owner/receptionistd
AIR CON INDEED IN THE ROOM BUT NOT ON.
NOVEMBER TEMPERATURE 8 DEGREES BUT NO PLEASANT TEMPERATURE IN THE ROOM BECAUSE THE HEATING ONLY COMES ON FROM 18:00 BUT OFF AGAIN AT 21:00
OFFERED TOWELS EVEN IF YOU STAY MORE THAN 1 DAY YOU MUST.BUY AND THEN THOSE TOWELS STILL SMELL MUSTY AS A TREAT
EVERYTHING DIRTY AND THE PICTURES ON THE SITE ARE FAR FROM REALITY
LUCKILY NO FIRE BROKE OUT DURING OUR STAY BECAUSE THE ESCAPE DOOR WAS LOCKED.
THE VIEW OF THE BACKYARD WAS THAT OF A CAR DEMOLITION MANY CARS WITHOUT LICENSES PROBABLY FOR EXPORT TO POLAND.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION AND ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ASMA.
MASAR OF COURSE YOU CAN DECIDE FOR YOURSELF JUDGE BUT ON ADDED PICTURE OF THE DRAWER UNDER THE BED IN WHICH YOUR KLEIDNG ACTUALLY BELONG.
FOR THE REST, NO SPACE
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NEVER BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION!!!!
REPORTED ALL THIS TO THE OWNER / RECEPTIONIST WHO DID NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS
SLID THE DRAWER CLOSED AND REMOVED THE TOWEL DECK I HAD PLACED ON HEATING SO THAT HE COMES TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD NOT DRY!
ONCE AGAIN, THIS ACCOMODATION WOULD RATHER AVOID PAYING A FEW PENNIES MORE FOR MUCH MORE COMFORT!!!
