we stoped by for a snack or drink and we end up having apps salad milkshakes lemonades and almost everything on their menu OMG!!!!!!

Cannot Recommend San Juan Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and was happy with my stay but not this time. In this visit I could not get hot water eith in the basin or in the shower. My room 101 was cold most times since they often keep the front door to the hotel open.
The staff at breakfast never seem to know who I was and I had to wait long periods of time for hot water.
Denise who works at the front desk is WONDERFUL and she is always helpful. She understands Customer Service.
I got this automatic request to write a review from the hotel but it was in Spanish. I dont read Spanish. I did not make this reservation on a Spanish website.
I had 9 friends stay at this hotel earlier this month but will NOT recommend any other friends to Stay at the San Juan Hotel. There are better hotel options at this price point .

Nice location in Cuenca, perfect for fam or couples passing by Cuenca, breakfast was nice, attention from Mateo and Anita was spot on.

Excellent Hotel

Excellent hotel in the perfect location in Cuenca. The staff is very friendly and accommodating especially Denise at the front desk. They also have a spa on the premises and I booked a fantastic massage. Nice buffet breakfast included.
