The breakfast menu was fresh, excellent. Room was clean especially the bathroom. Staff was nice and eager to help guest, Veronica in particular. She was so nice and passionate to have pride in Cuenca.

We had a great experience! The hotel was perfect fornour needs. And Pablo made sure we had everything we needed. He organized our trasportation and answered all our questions.
My only feedback would be to improve the sonorization in the rooms adjacent to the commom areas. In some instances, we had other guests having loud phone conversations while we were trying to nap.
Other rooms do not have this issue, but I do think it would be worthwhile improving.

Beautiful old mansion in the colonial center. If you want to travel back to the 19th century, in a good way, highly recommended.

Amazing service and hospitality. Unlike anything you’ll ever experience in the states everyone was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond for us. The hotel is an absolute beauty and restaurant is delicious! Thank you all
