WORST HOSTEL OF PRAGUE

Honestly, this is the worst place in Prague you could ever imagine. First of all, they rent me a place, when I got there, I was told I couldn't stay bc there was no more vacancy. And now, I tried to get refunded by hotels.com and they didn't allow them. In another words, they stole my money.
This could be enough, but things are even worse. The reception is a crap, when I got there, simply there was no one to attend me. I needed to knock on a guest's window to know how to get in or even have any information. A completely mess, smelly and so unconfortable.
I think it was a freedom to not stay there, but I am still very sad that the owner stole my money.

Worst hostel ever

I have no words. The worst thing it was the owner(?) that was very rude, inappropriate, unprofessional and bad mannered.He charged us more money, at the beginning in our private room there was another girl (there were one single bed and one double),the fridge was full of owner’s stuff, he entered in our room when we went out (I know it because the door was opened with keys in),the common area was always full of owner’s friends unrelated to the hostel and probably the last time they cleaned the hostel was in the last city flood . Finally, I found a sex toy in the bathroom,so it was really full equipped! If you like feel unsafe and live in a bad Quarantino’s movie spent your time there, if you love yourself spend your money better.

Hostel from Hell

Where to begin... On arrival, we were greeted by a lady who took our details and showed us to our room. This included creeping up a structurally questionable, shaky narrow staircase to the upper floor. Once in the room, we were first hit by the stench. We then discovered that one of the beds was severely broken (see photos). The room didn’t look anything like what we were expecting based on photos we’d seen, and the advertised free WiFi was incredibly patchy. The room was dirty, cramped and hot, and the bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper. This bathroom was also shared between around 24 people, as there were only two bathrooms in the entire establishment. This lead to incredibly long waits to use the toilet or shower in the morning. The broken bed, during the first night, collapsed further, akin to a bear trap, causing substantial back pain. All in all, avoid at all costs.

Filthy place

Bedbugs, filthy place, no breakfast even we paid for it. Toilets dirty, floors crawling with s*it... No go! After we wanted our money back we got attacked by the owner. Definitely the worst place in Prague.

Самый ужасный хостел

Забронировал хостел, хотел погулять с друзьями в Праге. Приехали сказали мол свободной комнаты нету, показали другой 3х местную комнату и сказали если хотим остаться нам нужно доплатить. Хотя мы оплатили заранее за свою комнату. Нас не устроил такой вариант, попросили вернуть деньги. А они выгнали нас оттуда, не вернув деньги, зная что мы туристы... Люди не подведитесь как мы.. самый ужасный хостел в нашей жизни.
