We stayed for 10 nights this July on the top floor in the room with the hot tub. The stay was excellent, the welcome was warm, everything was very clean, the facilities were great and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It would have been nice to have a lift, but our luggage was brought up and down the stairs for us.
We would definitely stay here again.

A very pleasant & very clean accommodation. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful staff. 15 minute walk to old town.
Reserved parking was a big plus if you have a car.

Property was close to major sights and restaurants in Split, but in a quiet neighborhood away from all the tourist traffic. Staff was helpful on breakfast with an early departure before the regular serving time.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room and lobby areas very clean and spacious. It had a safe and a mini fridge. Also had a balcony and it was in quiet area The bathroom was a very nice size and very clean. Breakfast had a nice variety and they kept replenishing it. 10-15 min safe walk into the old town, and about 15-20 to the ferries. It was great to have private parking (additional fee) and not have to worry about it. Several restaurants in the immediate area if you don’t want to go into the old town. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely little spot! Clean, large room and bathroom. 20 minute walk to the city centre so it's a great location away from the crowds but close enough to see everything downtown.
