Excellent stay – stylish, spotless and perfect location

I had a wonderful stay at Aborda Rooms in Split and would highly recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very spacious with everything I needed. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the slippers provided. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location.
The location is excellent only around a 3-minute walk to the historic ruins, and everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring Split very convenient.
A special mention to Domina, who dealt with all queries. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and nothing was too much trouble.
One thing that really surprised me was how quiet the accommodation was at night. By around 11 pm it was peaceful and ideal for sleeping. In the morning, after about 7 am, I could hear church bells ringing, which I actually loved as it’s something I never hear where I live and it added to the atmosphere of being in the old city.
Breakfast downstairs at Konoba Korta restaurant was delicious and the staff were lovely, warm, and friendly. The Wi-Fi was also very fast and reliable.
Overall, this was an excellent stay and I would happily stay here again.

Great and modern rooms

The room was beautiful and very modern decorated. Well equipped. Good breakfast. Located very centrally in Split. Had a little problem with check-in since no one met us at the entrance. Were fortunately saved by a waitress who contacted the landlord for us.

Great trip to Split

Travelled to Split as a group of 7 for a 30th birthday.
Stayed at Aborda Rooms which was very modern & clean, located within the city walls. Domina was fab and extremely helpful providing beach towels for us all which we used at the beach and at a beach club in Hvar. We also had a change of towels during our 3 night stay.
Breakfast was included at the restaurant opposite the appartment door called Korta- good choice available along with tea/coffee. Kettle along with tea/coffee is available in rooms and a mini fridge.

Affordable modern rooms in split

Very affordable rooms in the centre of old town so perfect for any travel in split! Very clean, modern and easy check in/out! The bed and pillow were comfy, safe available and water/ tea provided in the room.

Lovely stay

I have seen many apartments for renting over the years in Croatia, but this one managed to suprise me!
It's a comfortabel apartment with the luxury of a hotel. Right in the middle of the old town, but not too crowded what is really something special in Split!
My parents stayed here and had an amazing time.
The owners were also friendly and reachable when needed.
