Front desk service is poor not helpful at all.

However, I'm truly sorry that you haven't received the refund yet after check-out.We completed the deposit refund operation when your check-out was finished. If you paid via WeChat Pay, you can check the whereabouts of the money immediately. Or you can call the hotel, and we will take a photo of the operation receipt and send it to you.
I'm also sorry to hear that our front desk service poor and not helpful. I'll have a serious talk with our front desk team to improve their performance and ensure that such situations won't happen again in the future.
