I got a lot for my money, a big two room apartment with a balcony. I did not appreciate having to pay to leave my luggage after checkout. Breakfast was OK. Hotel is definitely worth the money.

The authorities should make an inspection at this urgent establishment.

Bad service , bathroom with vessels and old structures and with operation that has to throw a bucket of water to can clean , broken cabinets and with the smell of mold , air conditioning completely without maintenance and with exchange type connections with possibility of fire , dark emergency staircase I tested I had to use my lanterns , TVs always without a signal , the worst part that the manager does not accept complaints when complaining we were traced from the frame 3 times and when complaining again I was invited to if I was not satisfied to look for another hotel to avoid headaches because the manager and an old man and if he prefers to go out a lack of respect only would take measures when a tragedy happens with the customers who do not know this insecurity that they are having when staying in this establishment , before they stayed in a hotel to avoid headaches and meet the establishment and visit the kitchen .

HOTEL RASCA

With my wife we have been to many hotels, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Dominican Republic, USA and Brazil, but this Lumar hotel, has been without doubt THE WORST OF ALL, a very bad service.
The room had no towel, toilet paper, champo, or soap.
We were told a price when we arrived at noon and then at check in we were charged another rather higher price.
We were charged the custody of the bags when we arrived and after leaving the hotel, something INSOLITO, I had never been charged in any hotel to store the bags in a room boy, bad smell and more on top of that I had to carry them.
We will definitely return to Florianopolis, a beautiful city, but we will never return to this hotel SCRATCH, SCRATCH, HAIR.

Nothing worked, everything was broken: A/C, toilet, fridge, tv amd the remote, we had to move 3 times during our five days stay. Very dirty and smelly.
The breakfast was ok, fresh fruits, nice staff, they tried their best.

Bad hotel

Hotel very bad , starting from the reception, staff with faces of tired , discouraged, morning coffee well more or less , I was at 07:30hs , being the cafe opens at 07hs and there were no eggs for example , the fruits seem rest in the dish impossible to eat, the fit , old doors , old beds , television does not work right, the bathroom door does not close , old furniture , curtain and air conditioning rotten from dirt, I am a travel agent and when I stay in a hotel I usually analyze to enable the sale to my customers, this hotel leaves much to be desired.
