Relaxing Long Weekend

Got to love a weekend trip away with my man.
We booked this motel of the Web and you will not be disappointed.
I stayed in room 15 on Thursday night and found my room and parking with ease, the man at reception told me what was around and where to go to get through the gate to the sports club.
Upon settling into my room I decided to drive the short trip to the IGA... Wow this place is huge and has a great range of items available.
Saw the Chinese restaurant and picked up a menu for the pizza restaurant too as we were there all weekend.
Friday morning I changed rooms and was able to leave my items in this room, so grateful that it was cleaned ready for me to do this... Thank you...
We had the family room and loved the kitchenette and the size of this room is huge.
We will be back to chill out another time
Chinese, Pizza and the sports club will not dissapoint.
Easy to find and quick to get back on the freeway north or south and only a quick trip to Wollongong.

Quick overnight pitstop

Stayed overnight on our way through the Southern Highlands. Whilst it was an average price, the rooms are very basic, small and run down. Didn't have a safe feeling to the area or motel. Wouldn't stay here again. Staff were not particularly friendly. They did have a communal washing machine and dryer but didn't have any coins to change so we could use it, said we could drive down the road to the grocery store to get change.

CANNOT CHECK IN AFTER 5pm!! REFUSED TO LEAVE KEY OUT.

Told by owner cannot check in after 5 pm. We were arriving at 8 pm. Would not let us pick up a key even. Have stayed there numerous times before. Previous owner would leave a key out for us. DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay elsewhere with someone that actually wants your business.

Ok stay. Small clean room.

Did a one night stay here. Good price. The guy at reception, brother of the owner, was friendly enough. Everything was relatively clean. The wall air conditioner /heater needed replacing it was noisy. The bathroom ceiling needed a little attention. Otherwise it was relatively clean and well maintained.
It's just a short drive from town so food was easy. It was quite and I slept well. Would stay here again given the price.

Disgusting attitude

Stay away from this place. Disgusting attitude from man that works or owns the place. Had booked and rang on the way to say may be running a little late for check in to be told we had only booked a room with single and double bed for 2 adults and 2 young kids...we said we had booked a twin room that was advertised to sleep 3 adults and 1 child but were happy to let the kids share a bed but he said that was illegal. We had an email confirming what we had booked and offered to forward it to him but he refused to listen or offer a resolution but instead was very rude and dismissive. We were happy to pay extra for a different room but it wasnt even offered and after the attitude of this man towards my wife we were glad we didnt. Thankfully we found a beautiful place nearby.
