The room was clean and good breakfast. Area is a bit far from the center but found it the perfect middle between the castle and the center.

Horrible experience.

The hotel had no conditions, was very degraded, with very old and spoiled furniture, holes in the wall, old lock and to work badly, all very dirty and smelly because you can smoke in the rooms.
When we arrived we had rubbish boiling in the toilet and this was clogged, they changed room but the conditions remained bad.
The service was bad, not a taxi called us.

Very basic hotel..rather hostel. Bathroom you get at the toilet still wet feet..

Very negative experience

Lousy. The condition of the facilities is regrettable. In our room there were areas of humidities that I had not seen in a long time. No elevator. We had to get the bags on foot to a second floor. The shower went to the floor, the floor tiles being broken, with risk of cuts. To avoid this, they had rubber sandals with plenty of use and their condition left much to be desired.

Worst Experience Ever

Worst experience , staff very rude and not helpful, I would advise anyone travelling from UK not to dare please , especially if you are of the colour , had to pay an extra fee to the flight to return early .the things they have listed here they don’t have some of them , wellness and spa, gym etc , water you have to buy but if it’s bottled but for drinking in the bar you can get from the glass and if you have three pin kind of charger you are in for it as their sockets don’t are for two pin pointed kind of , television there in the room but only in Albania language, Staff don’t greet people at all , so rude !
